description | The purpose of the solution consists in production of essential aminoacid of lysine, used mainly as an additive into fodder mixtures for feeding economically useful animals, mainly piggery. Lysine is synthesized and accumulated in medium by mutant of bacterial strand Brevibacterium flavum, isolated after induction by mutagen using selective media. The mutant, resistant against 5-(2-aminoethyl)-L-cysteine, dependant on homoserine, leucine and sensitive towards 1ug/ml of sodium 3-fluorpyruvate, cultivated in medium with saccharose as the source of carbon, hydrolysate of peanut flour and corn-steep liquor as the source of organic nitrogen and growth factors, with ammonium sulphate as the source of inorganic nitrogen and with mineral salts, cumulated during conversion 42 percent in aerobic conditions at the temperature of 28 degrees C and neutral pH of the environment 55g/L of L-lysine. The lysine can be produced in this manner using standard technological procedures. |
