Zusammenfassung: | The solution concerns automatized control of impulse cleaning of the heat surface of boilers, where the air inlet on the air pipe (1) and the combustible gas inlet on the gas pipe (5) are opened on the basis of the signal of the boiler clogging (15) signalling contamination of the heat surfaces (16), while the air flow is set to the required constant value and the combustion gas flow is set to a value smaller than the lower limit of the explosibility of the mixture. After setting these values and by a gradual step-by-step increase in the combustion gas flow during the cycle of the first explosion on the basis of the logical signal "did not explode" from the sensor of the explosion identification (19), the first explosion is achieved on the basis of the logical signal "exploded", after which the level of the explosions is further optimised on the basis of the signal from the sensor, their selected number is carried out and as a result the control of the signal change of the boiler clogging (15) is carried out. |
