Zusammenfassung:	The solution applies to mechanical engineering, namely material machining in the heated chemically active gaseous medium, with the aim to eliminate surface defects.In order to enhance the quality of machining through increasing the stability of the machining process the device for thermal removal of burrs is provided with a pressure vessel with a pressure water tank and a circular cooling chamber. Its bottom has a shape of a cylindrical rod inside of which is, in parallel with the opening, a conical hollow. The circular cooling chamber is assembled at the bottom in the conical hollow and is placed in the pressure water tank.
