Zusammenfassung:Solution of this invention concerns a mix for production of a periclase-spinel-shaped building material used primarily for furnace lining in the cement and lime production. The fundamental indication of this solution is a minor shrinkage and volume stability of compacts during their firing in preservation of the required thermomechanical properties. They are obtained by a fluid phase content suppression the essence of which is, when using ferric, low-siliceous magnesia obtained from Breuneritic magnesite, mainly Brown-Millerite by its transformation into the spinel, magnetoferrite and calcium-natrium-orthophosphate by adding condensed natrium-phosphate. The material allowance is dimensioned so that the present dicalcium silicate is not to be degraded. The fire shrinkage equals to about one third of the shrinkage incurred without any addition. According to the invention, the building material is also characteristic by higher heat resistance.
