Zusammenfassung: | Phosphoric acid with 40%-42% P2O5 content derived from a variety of methods, such as that produced directly from the semi-hydrate method, or produced from dihydrate by one stage concentration, or that from the hot method, is to be spray dried in the reaction chamber in presence of organic defrothing agent to obtain powdered ammonium phosphate. The energy comsumption of this method is only one half of that of the F-process, while the loading efficiency of the reaction chamber reaches to 0.8 with an ammonia yield of 98% and phosphorus pentoxide yield 99%. |
