Back cavity micro-band antenna

Disclosed is a cavity-backed microstrip antenna which comprises a microstrip patch unit and a metal back cavity; the microstrip patch cell is arranged in the middle of the metal back cavity, the microstrip patch unit is connected with the metal back cavity by at least one supporting element; cavity side walls are arranged at four sides of the metal back cavity, a metal soleplate is arranged at the lower end of cavity side walls. The utility model overcomes disadvantages of traditional microstrip antenna, and provides the cavity-backed microstrip antenna with a wide frequency band, high gain, a simple structure, and an easy-to-control radiation pattern.
