A main glue pipe and a main air feeder of the glue spreading system are arranged through the switch unit; the branch switch unit comprises a switching box, an air pump, a glue pushing valve and an air pressure controller; the air pump and the glue pushing valve are connected with each other and arranged in the switching box; the main air feeder is arranged through the switching box to form a branch air feeder, the branch air feeder is arranged through the switching box and connected with the air pressure controller, the air pressure controller is connected with the air pump through an air discharging pipe; the main glue pipe is provided with a branch glue feeding pipe at the side closing to the switching box and the branch glue feeding pipe is connected with the glue pushing valve in the switching box; and the top of the glue pushing valve is connected with a brush of the glue spreading system through a glue feeding pipe through out of the switching box.
