The lock bolt is provided with an eccentric block rotating with the same shaft, the eccentric block is arranged between the water chestnut rings and a handle, thereby the eccentric block can clamp and unclamp between the lock bolt and the air-tight sealing cap only through tripping the handle, which is easy to operate. The air-tight sealing cap can be taken down or hold down through single hand, which is convenient for feeders putting feed stuff into the isolation room, with great air tightness.
