Zusammenfassung:	A retracting device for dry cleaning waste plastics is characterized in that it comprises a rotor plate (12) and a stator plate (16) which are provided in the casing, share the same center, position opposite and rotate relatively. On the stator plate and the rotor plate are provided cutting pin posts that are arranged alternatively. In the center of the stator palate, a suction inlet is connected with a feed hopper (17), and around the rotor plate is provided a sieve plate (14), which has several sieve meshes. The outer rim of the casing (11) is communicated with a clearing outlet (22). The waste plastics retracted by this utility model is clean, which does not need water scrubbing, therefore the production is clean and it is environment friendly.
