Spring type hot mouth for thermal flow path mould

The utility model relates to the hot runner equipment and technology, particularly a spring-mouth of the hot runner mold with a stopped-flow function. The thermal mouth consists of the flow passage body, debeaking fixed at the end of the flow passage body and the heating device fixed outside the flow passage body. A spring cushion which can block up the debeaking port is installed. In this structure with a spring cushion on the debeaking, in normal state, the spring cushion can prevent the raw materials flowing out of the debeaking port. In injection molding, the raw materials has a downward pressure which compresses the spring cushion, so a gap is formed between the thermal mouth and the spring cushion through which raw materials flow out. After the injection molding operation, the pressure disappears. The spring cushion reinstates. The hot mouth port is blocked again. Then the raw materials can not flow out of flow passage when the finished products are removed.
