The buckle portion and the cam 141 can fix the battery; the elastic arm 14 can be wrenched to take the battery out, wherein the elastic arm 14 is separated from the side wall so that the insulating base 1, the positive terminal 3 and negative terminal 2 have simple structure and the battery is convenient to install and take out.
