Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a labyrinth compensation radial sealing device which is composed of a supporting plate, eudipleural radial sealing sheets, a guided positioning device, an energy storage element, etc., wherein the radial sealing sheets are not directly fixed on a rotor radial partition plate, but is arranged on the supporting plate and thus the mushroom deformation of the traditional technology can not be generated. Under any states of a preheater, an optimum contact state is always kept between the radial sealing sheets and a fan-shaped plate, and thus a gap does not need being preset. The gap which is increased by the mushroom deformation of a rotor can be automatically compensated by efficient sealing areas, and thus the gap which is increased by the mushroom deformation can not exist at all. When the preheater is operated, the end surface of three U-shaped grooves on the upper part of the radial sealing sheet are always kept optimum combination with the bottom plane of the fan-shaped plate to form a typical labyrinth type hermetic sealing structure, which enables the radial direct leakage of an empty preheater to be reduced to trace amount. |
