The heat transferring area of the elliptic tube is 15% more than that of the circular tube having the same cross sectional area. Under the same flow velocity, the heat exchanging rate outside the tube can be improved by 15%. Compared with the circular tube, the outer average condensation heat exchanging factor of the elliptic tube is improved by 10%-18%. Compared with a circular tube deflection bar type condenser group, the condensation effect can be improved by 20%-30% by the elliptic tube deflection bar type condenser. The manufacturing cost of the elliptic tube is low. The utility model is easily popularized in chemical equipment. |
