The utility model comprises a casing, a faceplate, a pole core plate and a driving mechanism, wherein the faceplate is formed by the alternate arrangement of magnetic conductors forming a pitch, and side magnetic bodies positioned on at least one side face of the magnetic conductors, at least three magnetic poles are formed on the working face, and the side magnetic bodies on the opposite sides are provided with opposite polarities; the pole core plate comprises a plurality of bottom magnetic bodies which are respectively positioned below each magnetic conductor and are oppositely provided with adjacent polarities, at least one of the side magnetic bodies and the bottom magnetic bodies corresponding to the magnetic conductors is towed by the driving mechanism to be changed into a magnetic body with variable magnetic polarities, and magnetic flux generated by the variable magnetic bodies is not less than the magnetic flux generated by fixed magnetic bodies.
