Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an operating mechanism of an indoor high-tension vacuum circuit breaker, which is used for closing and opening a switch for the power network operation of an electric power system. A box body (12) of the mechanism divided into five assembly spaces by four partition boards from left to right, and a main shaft (2) transversely penetrated through the lower part of the box body is connected with three switch dividing springs (1) via three sets of output crank arms (6). An energy storing motor (7) is connected with a chain wheel (11) via a chain, the chain wheel (11) and a cam (15) are directly fixed on a middle shaft (14), and a switch closing crank arm (17) is fixed to the lower part of the cam (15) via pins. A switch closing half shaft (8) is fixed to the front part of the switch closing crank arm (17), a switch closing detent (10) is fixed on the switch closing half shaft (8), and a switch closing electromagnet (16) is fixed to the back side of the switch closing half shaft (8). A switch dividing half shaft (4) is fixed to a second space at left side, a switch dividing electromagnet (18) is fixed to the lower part of the switch dividing half shaft (4), and an oil buffer (5) is fixed to the rear bottom of the space. A microswitch (13) is fixed to the upper part of the cam (15), and an auxiliary switch (3) fixed to a space at the utmost left side is linked with a main shaft. The operating mechanism having the advantages of compact structure, high reliability, small size and low cost is used for miniaturizing packaged products in electric industries. |
