The utility model comprises a power supply unit, a super sonic-wave transduction unit, an MCU control unit, an input signal amplifying, detecting and shaping unit, an output signal control unit, a prompt control unit and a prompt unit, wherein the MCU control unit transmits signals out from the super sonic-wave transduction unit by the output signal control unit; the super sonic-wave transduction unit sends received signals to the MCU control unit through the input signal amplifying, detecting and shaping unit; by calculating the time from transmitting signals to receiving signals, the MCU control unit judges the distance from an obstacle to the super sonic-wave distance-measuring device and carries out comparison to the predetermined distance range, and then, the MCU control unit generates corresponding control signals and sends the control signals to the prompt unit to be displayed.
