An electrical machine (1) is arranged at the bottom of a tank and connected with a pump body in the power output shaft direction. The water inlet (12) of the pump is arranged in the radial direction of the electrical machine (1). An air inlet pipe injection port (2), an air inlet pipe (5), an air inlet control valve (7) are successively arranged from bottom to top at the water inlet side of an impeller (11) of the pump and near the shaft. The outlet (9) of the pump is connected with a voltage-stabilizing cylinder (4) through a transition pipe (8). The lower edge of the voltage-stabilizing cylinder (4) is provided with an outfall (3), and an air bleeder (6) is arranged above the voltage-stabilizing cylinder (4). The height of the air inlet control valve (7) of the air inlet pipe (5) is higher than the upper plane of the voltage-stabilizing cylinder (4). The air inlet pipe (5) can be arranged in the center of the shaft center of the voltage-stabilizing cylinder (4), and it can also be arranged at the side wall. The inner cross section of the transition pipe (8) is provided with a uniformly distributed board (13). The electrical machine (1) and the pump (10) can be designed into an integrative structure.
