The fluidizing gas is perpendicularly and downward enters into the fluidizing spraying pot and forms a big rotational flow in the pot body to improve the fluidizing state of the powder (coal powder) in the pot body. Meanwhile, the powder outputting pipe is directly inserted into the inner portion of the powder (coal powder) from the top portion of the pot to enable the powder (coal powder) to keep a stable solid-gas proportion in the entire gas delivering process. The powder gas current is even, the flowing state is stable, the pulsation phenomenon does not exist, the power-gas concentration (solid-gas proportion) always keeps stable and also the solid-gas proportion of the powder can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the requirements in the delivering process.
