The lateral wall of the circumference of the burning chamber (5) is a double layer hollow sealing interlayer construction. The upper finned pipe (31) is communicated with the lower finned pipe (32) through the sealing interlayer (51). The gas water-heater of the utility model has high heat exchanger effectiveness, various moldings for the appearance, stable leaving water temperature, stable pressure and safety.
