Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is an electromagnetic brake apparatus for blade type electric tools, relating to an automatic brake apparatus of an electric tool. The electromagnetic brake apparatus is composed of an electromagnet soleplate (16), a spring (18), a connection hexagonal nut (19), a friction disk (20), a suction plate (21), a magnet post (22), a coil former (23) and a coil (24), wherein, a mesopore of the electromagnet soleplate (16) is sheathed on a cutter blade rotary shaft (7) and is fixed on an electromagnet spacer block (12); the connection hexagonal nut is positioned in the electromagnet soleplate; the inner bore is fixed on the cutter blade rotary shaft, and the outer edge is fixed with the friction disk; the magnet post is sleeved on the upper part of the cutter blade rotary shaft; the suction plate is positioned between the magnet post and the friction disk; the upper end of the spring is topped at the inner upper part of the magnet post; the lower end of the spring is topped on the suction plate; the coil former is sleeved out of the magnet post, and the coil is sleeved on the coil former; the magnet post and the coil former are fixed with the electromagnet soleplate; a vane (25) is arranged at the upper part of the electromagnetic brake apparatus, that is the upper end of the cutter blade rotary shaft. |
