Simultaneously, the cooling water inlet of the cooling water tower is provided with an inlet water temperature sensor. The air conditioner for realizing flexible variable start of the utility model realizes a leakage controlling between a refrigerating unit and a freezing water pump, a cooling water pump and a cooling tower, so that after the system is started, the operation energy controlling of the units is more reasonable and accurate to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
