The bottom of a boiler cylinder of the boiler is provided with a concave part for displacement of a boiler head, a boiler disc is a circular ring, a round cover of a boiler body is provided with a hot gas dissipation tube, the boiler body is provided with an oil inlet brake joint and an oil discharge brake joint, the oil discharge brake joint is arranged on the upper edge end of an inner network disc of the boiler, the bottom of the pot disc is provided with the boiler head, a connecting body of the boiler body is provided with an oil discharge gate, a motor is fixed on the bottom end of a stirring disc, an axle center of the motor is pivoted with a thimble, the thimble is connected with a blade, a sleeve cover is fixed on the top of the axle center, the sleeve cover is connected with a holding pole and has a bridge connection with the circular wall of a stirrer, the two sides of the stirring body are provided with a corresponding side bar, the end of the bar is plugged in a perforating hole of a triangular frame, one holding pole perforates and is combined with a rotary wheel, water heated by a temperature control is mixed with additive to form black-water and is discharged into a stirring tank through the pot disc gate, and then with rotation of the stirrer, centrifugal force generated by driving of the blade with the inclined axle center leads to rolling and decomposition of the two liquids and mutual dissolving into an integrated entity, therefore, low sulphur synthetic fuel oil is produced and has no carbon deposition, no smoke and no environmental pollution when combusting.
