The adopted technical proposal is: the main body of the stabilizer is a cylinder; the outside diameter of the middle and lower part of the main body is slightly more than the top outside diameter; the bottom inner screw is connected and matched with the oil sucking rod joint connected; the top outer screw of the main body is connected and matched with the other oil sucking rod inner screw; the middle of the main body is provided with at least three circular arc grooves along the circumference axial direction; the circular arc groove top is communicated with the main body top and the bottom forms a circular tee; every circular arc groove is folded with a plurality of spheres along axial direction; the diameter of the sphere is slightly more than the traversing deepness of the circular arc groove to expose the sphere part out of the circular arc groove. The top of the circular arc groove is provided with a filling piece which matches with the bottom tee and seals the sphere in the circular arc groove. The filling piece and the main body are fixed by a fixed pin. A blast groove is arranged at the clearance of the sphere and the direction of the circular arc groove.
