Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a DC steel rolling electric machine, which belongs to the metallurgy industry and is used as a main driving electric machine of a rolling machine and a flying shear motor. An armature winding and an armature slot of the utility model use thin insulating structures. Armature coils do not dip paint and are not baked with pressure. The armature coils use the dipping paint of armature true pressure after wire feeding operation to fill an empty gap to form entirety. In order to improve a cooling wind path of a commutator of an original steel rolling electric machine, an armature iron core (2) is provided with a circular path, and commutator pressing rings (4) are used for sealing the gap between a wire winding supporting bracket (3) and a commutator copper plate (5). A cabinet-shaped through slot is arranged on the contacting part of a commutator sleeve cylinder (6) and an axle (1). Thus, cooling flow directions are changed. Thus, the heat resistance of the DC steel rolling electric machine and the commutation ability of the commutator are increased.
