An insulating and temperature-resistant layer is arranged between the electric heating foil and a surfacing material of the shoe pad. The utility model has the advantages of softness and no arching feeling at soles when in use, can be bent arbitrarily, and can be designed into optional circuit patterns for sole parts that especially need warmth according to the soles. The rear part of the shoe pad can also be provided with fixing straps for further preventing the displacement of the shoe pad so as to ensure the effect of use, and an external battery box, so that the utility model still can be used during walking.
