Scrub and spray are combined together by the utility model. An inner surface and an outer surface of a steel barrel after cleanness do not have oil stain and dirt and keep small scratches for improving the adhesion of varnish film of oil varnish. The problem that a coating layer of oil varnish is easy to fall off can be solved.
