Zusammenfassung:	A ton bag taking and opening device comprises a ton bag conveyor, two holding and shaping mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of a bag taking station on the front portion of the ton bag conveyor, a lifting suction cup bag taking mechanism is arranged above the bag taking station, and the upper end of the suction cup bag taking mechanism is connected to a horizontal transferring mechanism capable of moving front and back. A ton bag shaping mechanism is arranged in front of the ton bag conveyor, a bag opening pressing mechanism is arranged at the front end of the ton bag shaping mechanism, a liftable upper bag opening suction cup set is arranged above the front end of the ton bag shaping mechanism, the upper end of the upper bag opening suction cup set is connected to the middle of the front end of the supporting frame, and a machine vision system for positioning a bag opening is further arranged in the middle of the front end of the supporting frame. According to the ton bag
