The first shell is internally provided with a blood chamber, and a blood inlet, a blood outlet and a first elastic membrane mounting hole which are communicated with the blood chamber; an air chamber, a second elastic membrane mounting hole and a pressure detection hole are formed in the second shell, the second elastic membrane mounting hole and the pressure detection hole are communicated with the air chamber, and an elastic sealing ring is arranged in the pressure detection hole; the elastic membrane is installed between the first shell and the second shell and separates the first elastic membrane installation hole and the second elastic membrane installation hole.
