Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a safety platform and a converter steelmaking system and solves the technical problem that in the prior art, a maintenance platform is prone to sliding and causes overturning and falling accidents of the platform, and the safety platform is used for maintenance operation of a tapping hole of a converter and comprises a support, a platform body, a first lap joint piece and a second lap joint piece. The platform body is in contact with an operation platform arranged on the converter; the first lap joint piece is connected to the converter, and the first lap joint piece and the tapping hole are located on the same side of a converter body of the converter; the second lap joint piece is connected to the bracket; wherein one of the first lap joint piece and the second lap joint piece is provided with a limiting groove, the other one is a limiting block, and the limiting block can be embedded in the limiting groove so as to limit horizontal movement of the support and the platform body.
