Reinforcing blocks are installed on the two sides of the lower end face of the supporting plate, a display screen is installed on the front end face of the supporting plate, an indicator lamp is arranged on the right side of the display screen, a damping spring is installed in the supporting plate, a damping supporting rod is installed on the inner ring of the damping spring, and a buffer block is installed at the upper end of the damping spring.
