A second upper roller is arranged on the other side of the interior of the feeding synchronous belt, a first upper roller shaft is fixed to the center of the interior of the first upper roller, the two ends of the first upper roller shaft extend to the exterior of the first upper roller and are rotationally connected with the outer walls of the side plates, and a second upper roller shaft is fixed to the center of the interior of the second upper roller; the two ends of the second upper roller shaft penetrate through the side plates and are provided with first transmission pinions.
