| Zusammenfassung: | A chromatographic system relates to the technical field of chromatography and comprises a chromatographic column, the chromatographic column comprises a chromatographic column main body, an upper seal head arranged at the upper end of the chromatographic column main body and a lower seal head arranged at the lower end of the chromatographic column, the upper end of the chromatographic column is further provided with a feeding system, and the lower end of the chromatographic column is further provided with a discharging system. The feeding system is used for conveying an adsorbent into the chromatographic column, and the discharging system is used for discharging waste materials after chromatography from the chromatographic column. By arranging the feeding system and the discharging system, the adsorbent can be automatically added, the waste adsorbent can be automatically removed, manpower is reduced, and the influence of the severe environment on workers is avoided.
