The container is arranged on the upper end face of the water outlet pipe, a storage cavity, a valve mounting cavity and a liquid outlet cavity are sequentially formed in the container from top to bottom, the top of the storage cavity is open, the bottom of the storage cavity is communicated with the valve mounting cavity, the top of the liquid outlet cavity is communicated with the valve mounting cavity, and the valve mounting cavity is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe. The bottom of the liquid outlet cavity is communicated with the water outlet flow channel, and the storage cavity is used for storing a cleaning agent; and the valve is used for controlling the cleaning agent in the storage cavity to flow out.
