Branching device

Provided is a branching device (1) capable of stably holding a branched wire harness with a simple structure and having a high degree of freedom of installation, comprising: a fixed base (11) which is detachably attached to a pair of baffles (22a, 22b) of a wire slot (23a) for accommodating a cable (W) between the pair of baffles (22a, 22b) facing each other with a gap therebetween, and which has a first portion (111) and a second portion (112), the first part extends in a first direction and is detachably mounted on one of the pair of baffles, the second part is formed by bending from the first part in a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and a front end part (112a), separated from the first part, of the second part is detachably mounted on the other of the pair of baffles; and a wall portion (12) extending from the fixed base in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, and provided with a holding portion (13) for holding a wire harness (W1) separa
