The material guide groove is arranged below the hopper, and the arrangement groove is arranged below the material guide groove; the arrangement groove is obliquely formed, a vibrator is fixedly mounted at the top of the arrangement groove, a discharging valve is arranged at the bottom of the arrangement groove, and the material guide groove is located between the vibrator and the discharging valve; the quantity control device comprises a sheet arranging mechanism and an adjustable mechanism; the sheet arranging mechanism is located below the adjustable mechanism, and a sheet arranging gap is formed between the bottom of the sheet arranging mechanism and the top face of the arranging groove.
