The foam concrete stirring and pumping vehicle comprises a transportation mechanism, a stock bin, a stirring unit, a feeding mechanism, a foam generating device, a uniform mixing mechanism and a slurry pump. The stock bin, the stirring unit, the feeding mechanism, the foam generating device and the uniform mixing mechanism are all installed on the conveying mechanism. The stock bin is used for storing various cement paste mixed raw materials. The feeding mechanism is used for conveying various cement paste mixed raw materials into the stirring unit. And the uniform mixing mechanism is respectively communicated with the discharge hole of the stirring unit and the discharge hole of the foam generating device.
