The rotor transmission mechanism comprises a rotor structure, a rotating shaft structure, a gear structure and a driving motor, the rotor structure comprises a driving rotor and a driven rotor which rotate synchronously; the rotating shaft structure comprises a driving rotating shaft and a driven rotating shaft which are fixedly connected with the driving rotor and the driven rotor respectively; the gear structure comprises a driving gear and a driven gear, and the driving gear and the driven gear are mounted on the same side of the driving rotating shaft and the driven rotating shaft, meshed with each other and fixedly connected with the driving rotating shaft and the driven rotating shaft through expansion sleeve structures respectively; the driving motor is connected with the driving rotating shaft and drives the driving rotating shaft to act.
