The buffer effect and durability are effectively improved, an assembly groove is reserved behind the insole in the thermoplastic process, an assembler extrudes a plurality of connected spherical air cushions into the assembly groove through a pulling block and clamps the spherical air cushions with elastic clamping grooves, then positioning assembly work is completed, and operation is easy.
