The system comprises a sample pretreatment unit, a sample adding unit, a detection unit and a calculation unit which are connected in sequence, and the sample adding unit is connected with a temperature control unit; the sample pretreatment unit is used for conveying sample liquid to the sample adding unit by utilizing vacuum negative pressure; the sample adding unit is used for cracking the sample liquid under the control of the temperature control unit to obtain a sample cracking solution, and performing an amplification reaction on the sample cracking solution to obtain an amplification product; the detection unit is used for performing fluorescence detection on the amplification product; and the calculation unit is used for analyzing the fluorescence detection result, outputting an interpretation result, and triggering an alarm instruction when the interpretation result is positive.
