A rock-soil mechanical simulation test device comprises a test box body, a support, a bottom pressure-bearing beam, a top pressure-bearing beam, reaction frame mechanisms and a stress loading mechanism, the bottom pressure-bearing beam and the top pressure-bearing beam are located at the bottom and the top of the test device respectively, and the reaction frame mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the bottom pressure-bearing beam and the two ends of the top pressure-bearing beam; the end parts of the bottom pressure-bearing beam and the top pressure-bearing beam on the same side are connected through a longitudinal connecting rod; a test box body and a stress loading mechanism are arranged in a frame defined by the reaction frame mechanism, the bottom pressure-bearing beam and the top pressure-bearing beam, the side face of the bottom layer of the test box body is fixedly connected to a support through bolts, and the upper box body is fixedly connected to main edges of the four corners in
