The first spraying device is arranged in the warm air channel, the second spraying device is arranged in the cold air channel, and the first spraying device can be communicated with an industrial hot water source. The cold storage pool is located below the first spraying device so as to collect water discharged by the first spraying device, and the second spraying device is communicated with the cold storage pool.
