Liquid heater

A liquid heater may heat a liquid using at least one of an electric heater or a hybrid heat pump. The liquid heater comprises a box body used for storing liquid, an insulator located on the outer surface of the box body, and a shell surrounding the insulator. The shell comprises a first outer plate, a second outer plate and a cover plate fastened between the first outer plate and the second outer plate.
