Zusammenfassung: | A novel bus duct flexible connection aluminum-aluminum welding structure for wind power comprises a straight section bus duct busbar chamfer, a bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet fusion position chamfer, a bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet fusion position and a bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet material, and the straight section bus duct busbar chamfer and the bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet fusion position chamfer form a welding groove. A welding groove is formed by a chamfer at the fusion position of the bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet and a chamfer of the connected straight-section bus duct busbar, the fusion position of the bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet is in a cuboid shape, and the left end and the right end of the fusion position are connected with the straight-section bus duct busbar and the bus duct flexible connection aluminum sheet material respectively.
