Zusammenfassung:	The follow rest comprises a rest body, the rest body comprises an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate which are parallel, the end of one side of the upper supporting plate is connected with the end of one side of the lower supporting plate through a vertical plate, the lower supporting plate is longer than the upper supporting plate, the upper supporting plate is in threaded connection with a first positioning bolt, and the lower supporting plate is in threaded connection with a second positioning bolt. The lower supporting plate is in threaded connection with a second positioning bolt, and the vertical plate is in threaded connection with a third positioning bolt. The follow rest is simple in structure, convenient to use, high in universality and low in cost, the first positioning bolt, the second positioning bolt and the third positioning bolt of the follow rest make contact with the upper side face, the lower side face and the side face of a slender shaft workpiece respectively, contact poi
