Zusammenfassung:	A cement cooling device comprises a cylindrical cooling shell, a stirring shaft, a driving device arranged at the upper end of the cooling shell and a hollow cooling sleeve located on the inner side wall of the cooling shell. A feeding port is formed in the upper end of the cooling shell, a discharging port is formed in the lower end of the cooling shell, the stirring shaft is vertically arranged in the cooling shell, a plurality of stirring rods are horizontally arranged on the outer wall of the stirring shaft, a semiconductor chilling plate is arranged in each stirring rod, a power source is arranged in the stirring shaft, and the power source is electrically connected with each semiconductor chilling plate. The upper end of the stirring shaft penetrates through the center of the top of the cooling shell to be connected with the driving device, the lower end of the stirring shaft does not make contact with the bottom of the cooling shell, and a water tank is arranged on the outer side wall of the cooling sh
