The essential structure is that a circular bar stem is arranged horizontally in the position which is 300-1000 mm far from the window. The two end of the bar stem are fixed with bearing shells whose one end is connected with a speed reducer. The bar stem is connected with each window through two connecting rods. With the positive and inverse rotation of the bar stem; the window sash is driven by the two connecting rods, in order to realize the opening and the closing. The angles of opening and closing can be controlled through a travel switch. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, easy mounting and strong self locking.
