The number of the labyrinth and the partition plate sealing structures is four, and the labyrinth and the partition plate sealing structures are symmetrically distributed. A labyrinth and partition plate sealing structure can be replaced by a single-hole labyrinth, partition plate and perforated sealing structure or a nine-hole labyrinth, partition plate and perforated sealing structure. Aiming at a traditional labyrinth sealing structure, through the mode that the perforated partition plates are arranged between the sealing teeth, airflow has flowability and damping performance in the circumferential direction of the rotor, an
