Zusammenfassung:	The amphibious automatic opening and closing shackle comprises a shackle body, a shackle locking seat, a pin pulling mechanism, a control system and a power source, the two ends of the shackle body are fixed to the shackle locking seat, the pin pulling mechanism is arranged on one side of the shackle locking seat, the pin pulling mechanism is connected with a connecting pin, and the connecting pinis arranged in two lifting lugs of the shackle body in a penetrating mode. The pin pulling mechanism and the power supply are electrically connected with the control system respectively, and the control system comprises a remote controller.
