Zusammenfassung:Natural convection radiator, wherein each component comprises a bottom plate, fins, mounting holes and a heating surface, the structure and the connection relationship of the components are as follows: one surface of the bottom plate is the heating surface, the heating surface absorbs the heat of the heating electronic component, the other surface of the bottom plate is the fins, the mounting holes are formed in the periphery of the bottom plate and used for fixing the electronic component, and the bottom plate and the fins form a whole in a brazing form. The natural convection radiator is light in weight, low in cost, high in heat transfer efficiency and suitable for light weight design of radiators of electronic components. 一种自然对流散热器,组成元件包括底板、翅片、安装孔以及受热面,所述组成元件的结构和连接关系为:所述底板一面是受热面、受热面吸收发热电子元件的热量,底板另一面是翅片,底板四周设有安装孔,用于固定电子元件,底板与翅片通过钎焊形式形成一个整体。该自然对流散热器质量轻、成本低、传热效率高,适用于电子元器件的散热器的轻量化设计。
