The device comprises a double-sided scanner with a conveying function, a vertically-arranged channel for conveying bills or paper, a printer and a storage device, the double-sided scanner and the printer are arranged on the two sides of the channel respectively, and the conveying outlet end of the double-sidedscanner and the printing outlet end of the printer are both communicated with the upper end of the channel; the storage device is arranged below the printer and on the side, away from the double-sided scanner, of the channel, the storage device is provided with a bill inlet end, and the interior of the storage device communicates with the lower portion of the channel through the bill inlet end ofthe storage device.
